Artisan sweets

The cakes and pastries you will find in our pastry shop in Chiavari are made daily. Choose from fresh pastries, such as cream puffs, cannoli, fruit tarts, fresh and dry pastries, such as Canestrelli, Baci di Dama, Baci di Chiavari, Brutti ma Buoni, meringues, and even savoury treats.

Birthday cakes, personalised cakes and Pandolce Genovese

We also prepare cakes for events, parties and birthdays, classic or customised, according to your requests and needs. If you suffer from intolerances or allergies, talk to our staff, and we will find the most suitable product together.
Our special Torta delle Rose cake is in great demand. It is made with leavened dough, rich in butter and sugar, which is rolled and arranged in the baking tin in such a way as to recreate the characteristic shape of a basket of rosebuds, hence the name. 
Another product much loved by customers is Pandolce Genovese, which we prepare with the use of sourdough and which you can order either big or small.
